As a founding Principal of Media By Design®, Therese maintains extensive creative involvement and client contact throughout all projects. Recognized with national and international awards for her productions, Therese has Senior Producing and Line Producing experience in the broadcast, business and medical television arenas. Therese also works with selected clients on broadcast and private network projects as a news correspondent/producer. Offering her cumulative background to clients on a consulting basis, Therese has redesigned existing programs for successful consideration by broadcast television outlets.

New Business Development puts Therese on the front line initiating client contact, developing new income streams, studying industry trends, building association partnerships and maintaining project oversight to insure client needs are met or exceeded. Creative talent, combined with more than 20 years of business experience are brought to each client relationship and production.

Therese brings to Media By Design® major experience in cable networks and satellite television. As Director of Programming and Production for Healthcare Information Network (HIN) , a satellite-delivered educational television service for North American hospitals, she managed the day-to-day activities of the network studio and production staff. Therese was instrumental in the development and review of programming which resulted in a strong, award winning, content based curriculum. HIN grew and succeeded to the point of being pursued and purchased by its leading competitor.

Prior to HIN, Therese maintained key management positions with the Cable Television Network of New Jersey (CTN). As Chief of Operations and then Affiliate Relations Manager she was involved with the statewide network from its inception. Supervising the design and installation of CTN's microwave distribution system, Therese was instrumental in the network's growth from one to 38 affiliates, from 11,000 to 1.2 million viewing households. She was also producer/director of CTN's on air marketing campaign and commercials. Therese's experience also includes hosting interview programs, promotional campaigns and news programs. A graphic artist for six years, Therese has experience in advertising development, design and photography. A graduate of Franklin Pierce College, she was named Business Woman of the Year by the Business and Professional Women's Club, Inc., was recipient of the business leaders “Forty Under Forty” award and has been a member of the Society of Broadcast Engineers, Women in Cable, NJ Presswomen, the National Association of Female Executives, the International Television Association and the National Women's Health Network.
